At Von Dutch, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your iconic street style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is scanned to begin the return processing cycle.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
